Goal: Build a valid date from numbers.
DATE is smart: It handles "Month 13" by rolling over to the next year automatically.

💻 Formula Structure
=DATE(year, month, day)
- 1. Year: The 4-digit year (e.g. 2025).
- 2. Month: The month number. (If >12, adds to year).
- 3. Day: The day. (If >31, adds to month).
-- Assemble the date
=DATE( 2025, 10, 25 )
⚠️ Why use DATE?
✅ Safer than Text
Typing "10/25/2025" in a formula is risky (US vs UK formats). Using DATE(2025, 10, 25) is unambiguous and never breaks.
✅ Dynamic Math
Great for math: DATE(2025, 1 + 6, 1) correctly returns July 1st. You don't need to manually calculate month rollovers.
